JS Garrett
Office & Workspace, Rockford, MI
A small headquarters building for a local builder in West Michigan, this simple 2100 sf building provided office and workshop space for the client’s growing business.
THE RESERVE FLATS
Multi-family, Wyoming, MI
This development consisted of three to eight unit single story buildings with two vehicle garages. This 4.5 acre development includes 138 two and three bedroom single-story condo style apartments, totaling 195,811 sf of new construction.

Retail, Plainfield TWP, MI
A community retail center with a national anchor, this 14,500 sf building maximized the buildable area on the property.
ACE HARDWARE
Retail, Spring Lake, MI
As the anchor tenant for a neighborhood retail center, this 15,000 sf building implemented the retailer's new prototype layout while developing a design for the exterior and meeting the local jurisdictions requirements.

PROPERTY EVALUATIONS
Brookhaven
Medical Facility, Muskegon TWP, MI
Redevelopment of this existing medical facility and property included plans to upgrade the 120,000 sf facility to market rate assisted living. Additional development options included indoor storage and multifamily residential on the 14 acre parcel. Development planning included search and comparative evaluation along with maximizing the use of their property.

EMMANUEL HOSPICE
Medical, Grand Rapids, MI
Test fit of existing office spaces for tenant relocation. The relocation of this nonprofit began with the evaluation and comparison of multiple properties that met their spacial and financial requirements. In parallel with this effort, a layout or “test fit” was prepared to confirm how each space would address the special services they provide.
VICTORY INN & SUITES
Hospitality, Roosevelt Park, MI
The redevelopment of this existing hotel and 3.63 acre property included researching the existing condition of the buildings, the zoning ordinance, and future land use plans. Development plans were prepared along with the timeline and processes for a new mixed use Planned Unit Development (PUD). Development planning included search and comparative evaluation along with maximizing the use of their property.

GAZEBO
Residential, East Grand Rapids, MI (Fisk Lake)
This all season gazebo was designed to accommodate lake activities for all times of the year. Sporting a fireplace for winter sleep overs along with a small restroom and observation platform, the gazebo is a great spot for the entire family to relax and enjoy the lake.
ACME VILLAGE
Multi-family, Acme Township, MI
This development consists of six, two and three bedroom, single-story condo style apartments with two vehicle garages.
H2OASIS
Showroom/Retail, Grand Rapids, MI
The remodel of this 2,700 sf tenant space into a showroom for a diverse product line of fireplaces, stoves, and outdoor kitchens was a collaborative effort which required working closely with the building department and the client. It is set to open fall of 2023.
